Return Policy SYLVESTR

General Right of Return

In accordance with European legislation (distance selling), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, unless exceptions listed below apply.

Conditions:

  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Labels and finishing must be present
  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer

After receipt and approval, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) within 14 days.

Exceptions to the Right of Return

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Products that have been specially opened or customized for you (custom-made products)
  • Pokémon rip & ship purchases: these are opened live during the stream and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. You purchase a sealed product which is then opened live at your request.
  • Sale items or limited edition products (limited / while supplies last products)

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us within 14 days after receipt via the contact form or email.
  2. Return the product according to the instructions you receive.
  3. Always keep proof of shipment. SYLVESTR is not responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery.

We advise all customers to carefully review their order before finalizing their purchase.
